WILSON
Terms of service
LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 7, 2026
These terms cover wilson.xyz and the Wilson service, provided by Stackworks Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Stackworks", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Wilson you agree to them. Stackworks Enterprise is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Early access
Wilson is in early access and opens to businesses in waves. We'll tell you plainly where your setup stands; we never promise a date we can't keep.
Your account
Keep your email account secure, since sign-in links go there. You're responsible for what's done through your account, and for the people you give access to.
What Wilson does, and what waits for you
Wilson runs routine work on your behalf. Decisions about money, such as refunds, discounts, prices and payroll, wait for your approval, and every action is kept on the record. Wilson is an AI and can be wrong: check what matters, and you remain responsible for your business's decisions, filings and obligations. Wilson does not give legal, tax or financial advice.
Plans and payment
Pricing is published at wilson.xyz/pricing: $299 a month per business, or $249 a month billed annually. Nothing is charged before you agree to a plan. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the period you've paid for. If prices change, we'll email you before the new price applies to your plan.
Your data
Your records and content stay yours. You give us permission to process them to run your Wilson, as described in our privacy policy. You can export everything at any time.
Using Wilson properly
- Use Wilson for lawful business purposes, with records you have the right to use.
- Don't use it to send spam, deceive customers, or contact people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
- Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
We may suspend use that breaks these rules or puts the service or others at risk, and will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep Wilson running day and night, but outside an Enterprise agreement we don't promise uninterrupted service.
Ending
You can close your account any time. We may end the service for an account that seriously breaks these terms. Either way, you can take a copy of your data first.
Our software
Wilson, its software and its name belong to Stackworks. These terms don't transfer any of that to you, beyond your right to use the service.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, Stackworks isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred US dollars if you haven't paid anything).
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If we change them we'll update the date above and email account holders about significant changes.
